Vicki is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Fund, all phases of open enrollment, meeting with and coordination of enrollment of prospective new groups, training and transition of new members and managing LMHF office staff. She handles all Human Resource functions and maintains accounts payable records. Vicki serves as liaison between Benefit Administrators and insurance carriers. Her responsibilities also include coordination and preparation of information required for the NYS Insurance audit.
Chuck's responsibilities include visiting the Labor-Management Healthcare Coalition employer groups for the purpose of explaining medical and prescription benefits. He coordinates and presents at wellness and fitness retreats, health fairs, screenings, classes and seminars to meet the specific needs of each LMHC group. He organizes and presents at retiree wellness seminars and open enrollment meetings.
Deanna manages the operation of the daily customer service issues, supervising the LMHF customer service staff. She serves as liaison between the members and health/RX providers. Deanna is responsible for the administration and updates of the Death Master and coordinates the LMHC groups' open enrollment process. She is also the assistant to the Executive Director.
Financial Management Representative
Alisia is responsible for the management of employer funding for all LMHF groups' invoicing and payments. On a monthly basis, she prepares utilization reports for the Board of Trustees and Directors showing the financial status of each individual employer and how they relate to the other members of the Fund. She assists in the preparation of year-end reports required for outside audit and NYS Financial Services requirements.
Diane is the first point of contact at the Fund. She is the office receptionist, answers calls and greets customers/visitors. She is responsible for managing the HRA debit card system associated with the Wellness Incentive Plan. She serves as clerical assistant to the Executive Director and Office Manager.
Customer Service Representative
Cindy's primary responsibility involves assisting LMHC active and retiree members regarding any health and/or prescription benefit issues. She also assists with open enrollment preparation and distribution.
Accounts Receivable Clerk
Linda's duties include invoicing and recording/managing payment receipts for dental, health and pharmacy benefits. She prepares and presents financial reports for the LMHF Trustees on a monthly basis. Linda assists in tracking and reconciling health and pharmacy utilization and prepares reports required for year-end and NYS Insurance audits.
Wellness Records Administrator
Diona is responsible for management of all records related to the LMHF Wellness Incentive Plan. She also serves as an assistant to the Wellness Coordinator. Her responsibilities include data tracking for each member participating in the Wellness Incentive Plans Part I & Part II. She also prepares employee and employer wellness engagement reports for the LMHF Board of Directors and LMHF Groups.
